The Son of Neptune by Rick Riordan

For outside reading I decided to finish reading the book I started a couple of weeks ago entitled The Son of Neptune.  This book is by Rick Riordan, who is by far one of my favorite young adult writers along with Walter Dean Myers and P.C. Cast.  I love his books and I have read every book that was included in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series.  I thought that series was great.
So far in The Son of Neptune Percy has been trying to regain his memory and he has had a very unsuccessful time doing so.   As I progressed through the book I learned that Percy lost his memory because of Hera who is the wife Zeus the ruler of all gods.  Percy experiences many things while trying to regain his memory and once he finally does. He feels vindicated in a way.

  2. Jerry, for some reason, these books never really appealed to me, however, After reading this it sounds like it may be a great book. I finished the first book in the series, now I may read all of them.
